Kentish Cob is the traditional English cob-nut, still grown commercially in parts of Kent. This variety is well-suited to the climate of south-east England, and produces medium-large nuts with a well-regarded flavour.
Sorry we have not been able to produce any trees of this variety this season.
We may still be able to propagate it to order for you. Please contact us for more details.
Important: advice about pollination
Kentish Cob trees are a bit smaller than some of the modern European varieties.
Be sure to to thin the nuts in the spring, as this variety can become biennial if allowed to over-crop.
All our trees are grown in the UK.
