Deliveries
Our final cut-off for Christmas orders is 5pm on Sunday 7th December. Because of the size of our trees our couriers are not able to guarantee delivery before Christmas, but we expect deliveries to be completed by Friday 19th December.
Orders received after 5pm on Sunday 7th December will be delivered in January 2026. However if you are stuck for a last-minute Christmas present, you can still order a fruit tree gift certificate from us. The first deliveries after Christmas will begin from 8th January 2026.
Office hours
Our office is open up to and including Friday 19th December 2025 for sales enquiries and fruit tree advice.
We are then closed and we re-open on Tuesday 6th January 2026.
We will still answer emails and enquiries made through our website during the holiday period, but there may be a delay before we reply.
Ordering online
You can place orders on our website throughout this period. Orders received up to and including 1st January 2026 can be delivered from 8th January onwards, or later on in the winter.
Winter is the best time to plant new fruit trees (unless the ground is frozen, in which case we will liaise with you to re-arrange delivery).
